60-90min workshop discussing all things nutrition, calories counting meal planning etc.

Bring your little one along, we focus on engagement & strengthening of the Pelvic floor and core muscles, correcting postural changes that occur during pregnancy. This will progress week on week and you have the option of continuing month to month and building general strength and fitness levels.

kick boxing cardio workout incorporating striking and kicking. A heart rate raiser and sweaty workout.
In pairs you can work at your own pace and ability and progress as the weeks go on.
mobility wise you should ideally be able to lift a bent leg to lower hip height as a minimum.
