Menopause course (5week block)
45 minutes
Each week we will cover a different topic and incorporate an exercise element. 
Will include roles of hormones and their effects on our body. Decline in hormones and long and short term effects. CV health, bone health, mental health, pelvic health. Nutrition and gut health. 
Most importantly you will leave with an understanding of why you should and what you can do to help yourself long-term.
